I just found this little gem in my local Aldi.

It is a plain, regular, shampoo. At that price? And the ingredients not looking too shabby (judge for yourself ), I grabbed one. Yep. Just one.

Wait, I can make this larger for the INCI list!

What do you guys think? Yes? No? Would you have gotten it?

Maybe. I bought the Lacura dandruff shampoo, which is mostly for my husband, but I use it occasionally for scalp itch.

Pity about the glycol distearate. I'm allergic to it, it gives me the itchies on my scalp. Otherwise, such a great deal and would've gone to a Lidl looking for it!

It's in Aldi, Ylva. They had a ton of new body / hair care items in lately. Also a body wash (rivaling aka "duping" the Sunlight bottles) for not even a euro per 500 ml. And the packaging is much alike. And you know, I go by scent. The shampoo is so fresh (without a citrus scent I mean) and the body wash, same deal. I am going to try it next wash.

Aren't Aldi and Lidl basically the same chain? We don't have Aldis but Lidls we do have.

ETA: Alright, I googled it, I guess they're not related! So anyway, we don't have Aldi here, so no matter.

Other than them both being originally from Germany, there's 0 relation between the two. There is, however, Aldi Nord (North) & Aldi Sud (South), or... there used to be, between 2 brothers who didn't see eye to eye, so they each had their own share, assortment (mostly non-food differed) and that was that, I think we always were Aldi Nord here in Belgium; yep, true.

Oh wow, if you get it, let us know how it is!

We don’t have things like that in the American Aldi’s, but maybe some day..

I buy the Lacura hand soap from Aldi. Ours has some other body stuff so they might have that shampoo. I'll check next time, just out of curiosity.
