I use both, LOC Liquid, oil conditioner/cream.. The Liquid being when my hair is damp from its wash, and then the tiniest amount of oil, since my hair is fine and very soft, it can't hold much with out looking greasy, then the leave in conditioner to lock in all that yummy goodness. When I do this my hair takes a little longer to dry, but thats normal, that water is staying on my hair longer moisturising. I prefer this method
