I don't have permission...

I joined on Sunday and I keep getting a "you don't have permission to access this page" notice. How long until I have permission? There are so many posts that have links in them that I would like to explore but I keep getting blocked. Arggh! Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Also I would like to edit my signature to have a pic of my hair but I think I don't have permission to do this either because it is not listed as an option when I go to edit my profile.

Yes, it takes a while. We don't want just any old ****** creep on here with full permissions right away, you know! So while it's a pain at the beginning, you'll be happier in the long run.

Kinda like everything else in life.
