I shed most in late Autumn. Right now I seem to be going through a shed of some sort, possibly from having COVID in the second half of December. It's not a crazy amount, but heavier than my Autumn one.
I shed most in Spring/Summer
I shed most in Autumn/Winter
I shed the same amount consistently throughout the year
Having studied my own shedding in detail for over 2 years, there is little rhyme or reason to "when" I experience the most loss during a given year. In my case, it appears that seasons play an insignificant role in my shedding. I think external factors (e.g. stress including hormonal imbalance and microorganism proliferation) dominate
Since I don't know enough, yet, to decide whether the 3rd option is true (I really doubt it) I didn't vote

For me it's consistent throughout the year.
.
Even though our seasons are drastically different from one another, I've not noticed any seasonal variation in my shedding.

I seem to shed more in the autumn time beginning of winter. Besides that it’s pretty consistent and maybe a tad more around springtime as well.
Bar the fact that I couldn't see any seasonal sheds due to ongoing breakage-loss, I am a seasonal shedder... always have been. Boy that should have clued me in to the breakage right there as well (so many signs and I just ignored them).
Still, I can't complain!
Here's an interesting article about christmas-related hairloss:

I think this might be happening with me, because i can't eat salad and all those healthy foods when my stomach is full of chocolate or some other unhealthy treats, so i might get defincies during that time. And unfortunately that time tends to last long time after christmas... (Having kids makes healthy diets so much more challenging you know... )

But yeah I think I shed most in autumn and winter. I hate it. I need absolutely no shedding. I could make many wigs from my sheddings, if I only had time.
I definitely think the heat makes me shed more - would be interesting to see if this changes after being in a colder climate though!
It's fairly consistent for me, but usually during the seasonal transition from autumn to winter, I notice an uptick in shedding for a few weeks
