so glad it's back up. I don't post that much but I'm a compulsive lurker and I tend to check and read the forums everyday. I felt like I had nothing else to do for the past few days :lol

Also, for everyone who thought it was maybe just them. I like to use this page to check those kind of things (like, it's down for everyone or is MY account suspended?) https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/

I checked that same page (forums.longhaircommunity.com) and found "It's just me". That domain responded to ping so forum wasn't "down" in the classical sense, just wasn't accessible by me so ...

Every. Single. Time!!! Nowadays I remember after like a minute of staring dumbfounded at my screen, "oh wait yeah, this happens like every year."

Same! then I remembered that this happened before and felt silly. I knew I hadn't done anything to justify a suspension, why'd I get all worked up?

I think it might be a good idea for an admin to do one of those header announcement thingies like how they do with the length polls, or we will be having 50 topics about it

Also if you get an account suspension/ banning they send an email with a reason as to why, can't just ban you for no reason.
