I'm making neem and amla oil with coconut! I want to make some lavender and rosemary oil (also with coconut)

I try to choose less pungent herbs for my oil mixes. Things like garlic, onion, turmeric, and ginger, I will infuse in tea, hempseed milk, or coconut milk to use in a hair mask. I find simmering these ingredients in the plant milks or tea makes the smell much less pungent than when used in their raw form. My current oil mix is a blend of cherry kernel oil, pistachio oil, walnut oil, star anise pods, cinnamon sticks, black peppercorns, whole coriander seeds, thyme, rosemary, bay leaves, cinnamon leaves, eucalyptus leaves, and peppermint leaves. It has a nice, mild herbal and anisic smell to it. It does not leave behind any odor once washed out.
