Hi all,

I've just joined to the LHC, as a wannabe long hair owner

I'm 36, and the longest hair I've ever had was SL 18 years ago. Since than: sometimes chin-length, but mostly extreme short haircuts. Heard all the time that "short hair fits your face much better" and just realized recently that I don't even know how would I look like with long one

So just started the long journey, and growing my hair since 2012 oct.

A bit worried whether the texture/amount of my hair will be good enough for at least mid-back, but let's see

Now I'm doing my best, switched to henna dying in march (must dye my hair because of fair amount of grays I've sported in the past few years), using only "bio" and "clean" shampoos and conditioners (no sulfates, silicates, and so on), bought ionic hair dryer and over it trying to air-dry my hair whenever possible.
Looking forward several minor cuts (had already 3 minuscule ones in the past 9 months for healthier ends), because all the hairs are the same length, meaning the top area reaches ear-length or below a lot whilst hairs growing the bottom of my hairline are reaching SL or below. So now I'm waiting until all the hairs will be long enough for a single pony-tail (guess it will happen in the upcoming 3-4 months) and after that will have some layer removing cuts.

I'm so happy that found this site, and started to follow some of the users here already
