Castor oil for hair growth?

WOW! I was researching for the millionth time on shedding and how to help it, and I came across someone mentioning this. I've used it twice and it has cut my shedding IN HALF. I'M A BELIEVER!!!!

Now I'm kicking myself for throwing my bottle of castor oil out last month! Putting it on list to pick up next time at the store, since I'm interested in trying this also.

I tried it on my scalp and it gave me the itchies, so I don't use it anymore. I've seen people's progress pics after using it and I'm tempted to give it another try.

I heard good things about castor oils but I aslo heard that it can make lashes and brows darker so will it also make my hair darker? Have annyone notice a diference in hair color?

I stay away form anything that can make my dark blonde hair even darker. and I color my hair so I am afraid of thing that can stain on hair too.

I love love love Castor oil.....Its one of the best oils for the hair no doubt. along with coconut oil, it can be applied anytime i guess....

I tried some on my lashes and the next morning I noticed a difference. I'm guessing it's coloring more than making them grow, but I do like the result.

I had cold-pressed castor oil and I didn't like it for my eyelashes at all because it stung my eyes & blurred my vision. I finally found the Humco refined processed oil (at Walmart) that ratgirl uses (mentioned in another castor oil thread)....it causes no negative eye-effects for me.

I've never used this oil on my scalp consistently, but I intend to begin doing so...will report back.

I bought some Castor oil yesterday and I am planning on using it on my eyebrows.

I had them waxed by an over enthusiastic beauty therapist a while back and she made them way to thin!! I have tried to grow them back but they are still rather patchy so hopefully it Castor oil will help

I put some on last night and applied it to my eyebrows and lashes. It is super thick and gloopy! I'll post my results and if it works on my eyebrows I'm going to try it out on my hair.
