At the moment I've got my hair slathered in coconut oil, conditioner, and Carol's Daughter pomade from scalp to ends and covered with a Walmart bag because I don't have a shower cap. Lol.

It's fingercombed and up for the day!
I learned since 2 weeks how to comb my almost curly hair. finally not shedding 200 but only max 20 strands per day on combing and/or washing. I CWC and bun my hair when I relax in the bad thub so I donīt shed too much strands. I bought black tea and I will rinse my hair with it this weekend (Gossamerīs idea) I will also try yogurt hair mask maybe next week or so...
It's down to dry after WCC. Never tried it before but I quite like it so far. Used a conditioner that's too light for me to start and then followed up with a deep treatment. And held my ends up while rinsing the shampoo, sulphates dry my ends so badly.
Scalp massage.

Haha, sounds familiar!
My hair is almost dry after washing and trying out a tea rinse. Ocassionally finger combing and wondering why my upper hair feels much dryer than the bottom layers. Could it be cause they're kinda protected by the upper layers of hair while drying and therefore become less frizzy? Or is it because previous oils haven't washed out as much and it's therefore more moisterized... From my past experiences I remember those bottom layers were actually dryer than the rest of it. Weird.
Deep treating for an hour then off to wash.
Don't feel like air drying today so my wet hair is going into dd braids.
