Can't think of anything worse than bleaching it at home so that I would later dye it blue.
Because.... well, I hardly need to say why I consider that to be the most evil. :p

I bleached the same section of my hair at LEAST 7 times to my memory. It certainly turned blonde that's for sure! I did a lot of crazy dye jobs over the years, but I overall really liked it - so I try to be nice to myself while thinking back.
Also, growing up a competitive dancer I would often have to tease my hair and douse it in hairspray. Yeah... you couldn't pay me to do that now either
The list of damaging things is pretty long, but the most evil? Hmm...cutting and donating it twice and going to a salon for a trim and coming out with the shortest hair I've ever had. Never again.
Cutting it all off.
i tried to be punk and not care about anything when I was younger so I used to just go out in the morning with wet hair... so many times it got completely frozen in winter
Lightening my hair with hydrogen peroxide and lemon juice, dyeing, then stripping the color out using a mixture of baking soda, dish soap, and crushed vitamin C tablets all within 24 hours.
I used to flat iron it every single day with a lowest quality flat iron, it didn't even have any degree settings, only maximum lol. And I'd use those mini rubber bands always. When I remove them they always rip some hair because I was being impatient.
Nothing, i.e. malign neglect.
